This town doesn't have a govermental rule as opposed to the single Mayor in charge of Shipments. This mayor keeps track of all shipments to and from the Ao Phalanx Harbor. Any persons from this town are subjectable to being the mayor through election. This town is applied to the currency system.

best place to buy military equipment. This town is run by a Law and Order system, meaning that while everyone is free to do as they please, the crimes of each person are taken up by a court depicting to the laws of their respectful city. The currency rate applies heavily here, and sometimes haggling is necessary.
